Individual E-book prices are quoted in Australian Dollars $AUD and include Bank & Transfer Fees, plus Government, Processing and Admin costs (where applicable).

The eWAY payment gateway means that your card is validated on line in absolute security in a matter of seconds. WORLD BREAKING DISCOVERIES never sees or retains your credit card details. That is between you, your Card Issuer and eWAY, thus giving you absolute security.

The eWAY system security for on-line payments means that returning customers making further purchases will have to re-enter their credit card details each time, as we don't see nor collect credit card details via on-line payments.

Visa and Mastercard holders are even further protected as the eWAY CVN validation process asks for a further password based on the 3 numbers on the reverse of the card before validating.

You agree to the cost, indicated as the "Total" figure, in Australian Dollars (AUD) as is outlined on the "checkout" page.

Payments are in Australian Dollars and will appear on your statement converted to your currency, and

if outside Australia, you may be charged the usual transaction fees associated with international credit card transactions. These extra fees are out of the control of WORLD BREAKING DISCOVERIES and are to be paid by the customer.

DELIVERY
WORLD BREAKING DISCOVERIES e-reports will be available for download on a new web page once you have made payment and the bank has confirmed your transaction.

Immediately Download* your purchased e-report(s) via [right-clicking] the link(s) provided on the "download page" seen on your screen. Please note that the Download page will 'time out', but enough time has been allowed for you to download all reports before this occurs. Subsequent visits to this page via the URL address will not be possible.

Create a new folder on your computer, then DOWNLOAD your selected PDF file(s) to that folder.

Download all e-report files purchased before leaving the download page. Later view file(s) in a PDF Reader.

* Different Browsers work differently. Some, when you Click on each named file Saves each to your computer. Some go to a new page and try to print the PDF on screen. Others you have to Right Click on the named file and select SAVE. You will need to know how your browser reacts to your clicks, as there is a time limit during which to download all files - and this needs to be done on this original 'Download Page'.

A generated password / security code required to open your copy of the file(s) will be stated on the Eway Transaction Receipt and in your transaction email.

Most people place the password in a small text file and simply 'cut & paste' it when access to the PDF file(s) is needed.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Should you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty file, or the file does not transfer, contact us immediately by email so we may arrange a replacement.
You will need to supply all of the information from the confirmation email you receive, plus the information on the Download Page. (See requirements on Contact Page in the "E-Report DOWNLOAD Problems" section.)
Choose your purchases carefully as refunds are NOT given, and exchanges are not available under any other circumstances.

Use of our information. (ie. contained in the PDF files) LICENCE AGREEMENT
Upon full payment, WORLD BREAKING DISCOVERIES will authorize you to download the electronic e-report(s) as a PDF file(s) and will grant a nonexclusive and nontransferable licence to have and view the PDF file(s) and will permit you to install the PDF file(s) on one computer for your viewing use only.
Downloaded e-reports are for your personal, non-commercial, educational, and research use.

You may not copy, duplicate, modify, distribute, transmit, redisplay, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, copy, or sell any information found on, or obtained from, any e-report.

You shall not:
(1) duplicate the e-report(s);
(2) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the e-report(s);
(3) transfer or sublicense title to the e-report(s) to any other party;
(4) tamper with the document's security.

USE of Your Personal Information provided to us when you purchase our E-Reports
We will use such information to take legal action against you in cases where you breach the Copyright of the downloaded E-Reports and/or infringe upon any of the agreed Licence conditions.

COMPUTER VIRUSES
There is no guarantee that files downloaded over the internet will be free of viruses or any other contaminating or destructive properties. While every effort is made to ensure that all of our e-report .pdf files do not contain computer viruses, you should take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses and should ensure that you have a complete and current backup of the applicable items or information contained on your computer system. You should pay specific attention to some of the newer viruses that have been written to automatically execute when an infected word processing document is loaded into certain word processing programs.
